Multiple Cancer Types

Pear Bio’s 3D immune-microtumors are developed for multiple types of solid tumors using the Cancer Model Generator process. This modular process includes the optimization of sample processing, hydrogel composition and growth medium composition for each cancer of interest.

Modality Agnostic

The relevant therapies for each cancer type, including combination therapies, can be tested. The system is modality agnostic, and we have validated small molecules, antibodies (including immunotherapies), antibody-drug conjugates, cell therapies and viral therapies.

Advanced 3D Cell Tracking System

A standardized pan-cancer cell tracking dye system, with the option to customize the system for specific projects.

Computer Vision Pipeline

A pan-cancer 3D computer vision pipeline analyzes complex cell behaviors over time using a combination of deep learning and traditional computer vision. Many dynamic behaviors, ranging from cell death to immune cell infiltration, cell migration and cell clustering/co-localization are measured to analyze treatment response.

Predictive Models

Predictive models are developed to predict patient response by correlating test results to actual patient outcomes through our clinical studies.

Multi-omic Analysis

The remaining tissue is cryopreserved and snap frozen. Cryopreserved samples can be thawed to test more therapies in the future. Snap frozen samples are used for multi-omic target discovery campaigns.
